Void Extrusion

I want to create void extrusion but everytime it shows me Error-"This mass has no solid geometry for its void form to cut........."

Plz tell me where I am wrong??????

Mass families can be made of several solids and voids, each of which is made in sequence within the Create Mass procedure. So, make a solid, then make a void, and cut the solid with the void.
