I am having troubles adding additional properties to parts.

I have followed the directions here

http://beingcivil.typepad.com/my_weblog/2010/07/assigning-optional-properties-to-a-part-size.html#more (http://beingcivil.typepad.com/my_weblog/2010/07/assigning-optional-properties-to-a-part-size.html#more)

I edit the XML files, but I get nothing when I go to add the parameter.

The properties I am trying to add are lists for main pipe and secondary pipe. They wouldnt be used for calculations, mostly for labeling.

Anyone know of why this would be?

Are you using Civil 3D? or AutoCAD MEP? or another program?

I can move your post to a forum where it will get better traffic if you can tell me this for sure.

Thank you.

I am using AutoCAD Civil 3D. I guess I looked too fast at the Forum heading.

:) No problem. I'll go ahead and move it, and I'm sure one of the C3D people will see it. Cheers! :-)

What properties are you attempting to add to the pipes?
I would like to run a test for you.
