Set Work Plane dialog not showing

When I edit a floor, for example, and try to set the work plane, the dialog that normally shows up no longer shows up. I've minimized all other windows and tried again, thinking it came up behind something else. No luck.

Any suggestions?

Try hitting the Save (local) button.

Does it come back?

No dice. Saving either with Ctrl+S or the save button or through the menu does not work. Any other thoughts?
