Toposurface lineweight in elevation

How can I modify the lineweight of the gradeline in elevation view? I want to have a reall thick grade line. I tried the linework tool but I can't select the actual grade line. I also tried to modify the object styles but that did change anything.

make sure your elevation is cutting through the topography, then Object styles should work.

Well it was cutting through. But I figured out what was happening. I had my topo set to existing (which it is) but the phase filter was set to show new.

So chaning the topo to phase new works fine. But how do I set the lineweight for the existing. I guess I'm asking how to do this for all existing objects.

go to Settings->Phases and select the "Graphic Overrides" tab. This will allow you to select the lineweights, styles, colors, and even materials that existing construction gets overridden with.
