Easy way of flipping components ?

Hi, just wondered if there is a similar way of flipping/rotating components as using the rotate command becomes time consuming. any tips be great.

When the object is selected, the space bar flips/rotates depending on the family setup.

Also keep in mind that when placing a component the 90 degree rotation is provided by the space bar but if you have a wall or gird that is at an angle you can move your cursor over the referencing geometry, hit the space bar and the component will 'snap' relative to that geometry. Once the angle is set you can continue hitting the space bar and the component will cycle 90 degrees relative to the angle.
