Inserting an image to Elevation

I am trying to insert an image to an elevation (to show a pattern on a interior glazing) but the image does not show unless you change the Visual Style to Wireframe.

I have tried the Draw Order (bringing it to the front but does not work)

I am doing anything wrong?

select the image and there is a pulldown in the options bar that will say background, change it to forground.

Thanks!!! I did not notice it worked as the CAD files.
