2012 Windows losing Focus running on Parallels [Archive]

I am having issues with windows losing focus in AutoCad 2012 running on Parallels 6 on my MacMini with 8 gigs of RAM. I have contacted Parallels and it seems to only happen with AutoCad and no other programs, so I imagine I will get no support there; the old "It's not our software, it must be their software" line. Does anyone else experience this? I have seen it on various forums before and have not seen an adequate solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
