I can't seem to change the Workset for groups that are in an associative array. When I select a group in an array, the Workset parameter is grayed out. When I edit the group, the Workset parameter is grayed out. I can change the Workset in the group's type properties through the Project Browser, but it doesn't seem to change the already placed groups.

Regular groups (not array groups) seem to be fine, so if I break the associative array, I can then change it. Any help would be appreciated.

NOTE: I know I COULD delete the array, change the Workset, then recreate the array and honestly, at this stage in my project that would be acceptable. However, that's not a solution, especially in the long run.

I'm just fishing here because I have only been using Revit for a short time but could it be that you have a group inside a group? If you used array and the group button was on and then grouped that then could that be causing the problem. Like I said I am prob way off base but just a thought.

Good idea, all thoughts welcome... we had problems with nested groups in this project for different reasons, so we got rid of them! So unfortunately, that isn't the case.
