What populates a parameter drop down list?

In the properties window, under identity data, I have a parameter named 'occupant'. There is a drop down list of choices to choose from. I need to add a new option, but I cannot find where that list is hidden.

BTW, this is in the GSA template for Federal projects.......

Anyone familiar with this?

These lists are automatically populated by Revit. What appears in the list are the unique values entered for the objects present in the model.
i.e if you are looking at the properties of a room object and there are 5 unique values in the pull down for Occupant then there must be rooms with those unique values present in the project or present as values in a schedule key.
What object category do these properties belong to?

In other words you add new names to the list when you supply new values to a room object. Same thing happens for Room Name.
