Heres the scenario:

I have a site plan that has 4 phases.
I also have another Revit file that is just a floor plan, this file has 3 phases.
The floor plan file is linked into the site plan file.

How do I go about setting the phase properties so that the correct phase for the site plan and floor plan are showing at the same time?
E.g. Phase 2 for the floor plan is showing when phase 2 for the site plan is showing.

The reason for the linked files is because I have 3 different buildings for the one site, and each linked file has different phases to each other, but have to relate to the overall development phase process.

In the site plan file, go to visability settings and select RVT categories tab, then the linked building's file, then Display Settings, then select phase.
This allows you to permanently override the default settings that load from the last time the linked file was saved. Also allows for the linked file to display a different phase to the site plan file.
I think thats what you want.

Thanks Beegee.

I just figured it out for myself, and was about to post a reply.

I now officially LOVE phasing. 3 cheers.
