Spline in Filled Region Crash

Anyone else having trouble creating a filled region with a spline in it? I have been trying to trace a client's logo which has a few complicated curves, and each time I try to finish my filled region Revit immediately shuts off. No warning, no attempt to save a recovery file, just poof and its gone.

Revit Architecture 2013.

Must be something else in your system. I can include a spline in a filled region, with no problem. Is hardware acceleration on?

After closer inspection, my crashes only seem to occur when I have a spline donut. A loop within a loop, both splin. I havees. Does that make sense? I solved my immediate problem bey overlapping two regions, but the crashing still occurs when I make a spline donut.
