Can conditional formatting be set to allow transfer from the view to the sheet?

I have set up a conditional format to show the difference between a programmed area and an designed area. If the difference is greater than 5% the cell shows up in red on the view. When the view is posted to the sheet, the conditional format in "red" does not show up on the sheet.

It would be helpful when sending the sheet to someone for review that the highlighted cells of the schedule show up on the sheet. As I don't think it is not possible to print a schedule view, the highlighted cells are only visible within the program and can't be shared.

Anythoughts?

Try filtering your schedule by your calculated value. Drag this to a 8.5x11 sheet and print that. I would like to see calculated values available in a room's properties.
