Hi!! I am fairly new to Revit Arch 2012 and I am trying to complete my thesis and running into a problem. I have attached an image of what I am looking for. I need to create a shape very similar to this that can be attached to the wall, come down and touch the floor, continue back up to the ceiling and onto the second floor in my retail space and I CAN NOT MAKE IT WORK!! I need this form to be able to go over top of other masses that I have in my project and underneath them as well. I have tried creating a solid mass and adding several edges and manipulating the edges and creating a curtain wall system that gives me the rectangular shapes but I am not getting the form that I want, the thickness I need and it is taking me FOREVER and I have a large span that I need to cover and I do not have sufficient time to dedicate to this problem. I also need this form the be able to have retail shelving and such incorporated, not purely architectural. ANY HELP??!!!! I need it and I need to finish this project very soon!!

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!! 85349 This is what I want and I want it to be able to connect to my ceiling and extend to other model components and onto the ceiling. PLEASE HELP!!

Well to me this doesn't seem like a mass. I'd model it the way it was building. A bunch of HSS tubes set at a bunch of goofy angles. I'd use the brace or beam tool and connect the nodes at the point where you'd like a corner.
Just a thought.

You could make a 3 point adaptive component and just start stiching it together on top of your mass surface. Or an in place mass, start placing points, and moving them up and down as needed then connect the dots.

I think the 3 point adaptive will be the easiest and freest.
