Hi,

This is my first post to the AUGI web-site. I am a BIM Manager working for a firm in Cambridge, MA, and we are working on a complex hospital which requires coordination with Physicists to measure thicknesses of walls for Radiation protection. They are requiring from us to give them distances in XYZ direction from a specific point, most probable being a Project Base Point. Does anybody know of a way to do this with Revit, or with a add-on for Revit??? Your input is highly appreciated

Have you seen this? It seems to be what you need:

Welcome to the forums.
Revit can provide 'northing and easting' measurements relative to a specific location using the spot coordinate tools that are built into the software.
If that doesn't do the trick you can check out an add-in provided by Exitech.

Not sure if this will give you what you need but it's a good one to have in the toolbox regardless.
