Hi!

I have been doing 3D modeling with AutoCAD since 1991. For the life of me, I can not remember how to turn off the tessellation lines when I do the 3DOrbit command viewing the image as Realistic.

I've added an image (I hope I added it correctly) so you can see what I am talking about. The lines are not there when I render it, but are at the 3DOrbit stage.
Can anyone remind me what that command is??

Thanks a bunch!!!

Best Regards,
Mike K.

Hi Mike. Welcome to AUGI. I use 2010 and the way I get rid of the lines is to go into Options, click Display Tab, under Display Resolution, set my Contour Lines per Surface to Zero, then, under Display Performance, make sure my 'Draw true silhouettes for solids and surfaces' is checked. Hope this helps.

Yes! It did work! Thank you! You are the man!!
This is not the way I recall doing it, but this is good to know! There is always something new to learn with AutoCAD.

Again, thank you very much!! =)
