Revit Violation sharing problem

I keep getting "Encountered Sharing Violation" in Revit Architecture 2011 everytime I try to save can anyone help me out it was working fine up untill now and I have so much work to do,,,,,,,:roll::roll:

The same problem seems to be back in REVIT 2016, 2017 and Autodesk does not seem to have a fix for it. Has anyone on this forum got a solution?
