Revit 7.0 Update Class?

What ever happened to the Revit 7.0 update class? I kept looking for it and it never came out. In fact there are no more live classes at all. Everything now is pre-recorded. It appears that the overall value of the Revit subscription is diminishing. The old bait and switch....

They've probably pulled all the people they used to have for live classes into support. The support department is probably swamped as the number of users grows exponentially.

Secret's out, and now it's self-serve support :-P

It seems to me that a little bit of user education up front might drastically cut down on their support call overload. But hey, if the factory wants to go about it the hard way that is their prerogative. I'll just call up Waltham and increase the length of the phone cue.
