Can not enable worksharing

I can not enable worksharing for an specific project. The "Worksets" button is allways greyed out and I am not able to click on it. I have tried to enable it in different machines but no luck. Any thoughts?

Sounds like you are in a template file, not a project file. Did someone open a template and start working?
