Revit MEP Panel Schedule Header

After creating my panel schedule I noticed, that when it is dragged onto a sheet, the header is shorter than the data columns. Does anyone know a solution so that my schedules look nice? Refer to attached example.

I've encountered that exact same issue, but I was not able to find a solution. I had to remake my panel schedule template.

The default Panel Schedule template for 2011, 2012 (don't know about 2013) appears blank (at least on mine and many others), and I am guessing somehow corrupted. Did you begin making your template from this "blank" panel? My original schedule was incredibly unstable and eventually crashed Revit reliably.
