How long does it take for support to get back?

It's been almost 24 hours and I haven't heard anything. I have a model that only one person at a time can work in.
I put my support request in as "critical". I have a project due today that I can't finish.

Used to be, they were pretty responsive.
Lately, though, it seems likes several days is normal.
I had a couple last week that were answered the same day.
This week, however, I sent one in on Wednesday and haven't heard back yet.

Ouch! Thanks for the response. I guess I have to finish this project on my own. Who needs sleep or a weekend anyways.

Why don't you just make a new central file with your local and move on.

Been there done that. Detached from central/purged/audit did it all.
Turns out it was a corrupt handrail. Ended up having to delete 70+ instances of the handrail.
