My cube is 1000 x 1000 x 1000
how i can change the text of the dimension on the elevation ?

I want to change 853 to 1000, 990 to 1000 and 540 to 1000.

thank you.

Bonjour,

Resize the cube. (Click on an edge of your cube and then edit the dimension that turns blue.)
Or, if you want to cheat, type the "1000" as a text note without a leader, and make it opaque. Then, just move the text over to cover the original dimension shown.

Good luck
Steve

yes, i must to cheat, i dont want rezise.

Opaque text is one solution, i think true 3d dimension is not possible.
Thank you.

Why cheat? Why not just make your cube 1000^3?

My cube is already 1000 !

Then there must be something strange in a way how you created dimensions. May be they are not measuring true 3d distances. In your 3d view first set up a workplane that dimension is parallel to (you can pick cube face for that) and then create dimension by picking opposite cube sides.

the difference between us: you works on a 3d vue, I work on a elevation.
My cube is not by parallel on the ground. in this situation, theworkplane do not function for the dimensions.

You need to make a 3D view to represent your elevation. In the file you attached...open the 3D view. Go to View>Orient>East. This will turn yuour 3D view into the East Elevation. Now place dimensions, and they will read 1000. You will have to change workplane (pick by face) to place the "height" dimension.

In elevation view Revit makes an assumption that you want to measure not true 3d distances but their projections onto elevation view plane. Thus all your dimension measurements are foreshortened. Unfortunately 7.0 does not provide an option to dimension 3d distances in 2d views.

If on the other hand you make a 3d view and orient it to your elevation then dimensions become sensitive to a workplane and reports true 3d distance. At first dimension button will be grayed out but will become accessible once you set a workplane. I just tried this procedure on your model using 7.0 and dimension values reported 1000 as expected.
