How do you create a legend for your wall ratings when you cannot put rails in a legend?
I cannot find the thread where I snagged the original rail types that we are using for rating tape - ok so we modified them somewhat once we saw them. But even if I could get back to that thread I don't remember if it had anything about legends in it.

So, if you use rails for tape do you create a legend using phasing or what? I would prefer it in a legend for sure.

You can't use railings in a legend view. You might just have to fake it in with Detail Lines or don't use a legend view

That is what I said. So do you use rails for tape? Do you use detail lines in a legend to replicate the rail spaces and dashes?
If not a legend then what else since it has to go on every plan sheet?

I'm the one that started that thread about Fire Rating Lines and I have yet to use them in a project but I have been testing them out. My legend view just diagrams the dash and dot with a detail line.
