I have a few objects that aren't displaying correctly in plan.
1. A wall that has a cut profile at an angle shows in every plan all the way down. So if the wall goes from level 5 to level 60, I see the whole thing below the cut line no matter what floor I'm on. Said another way, the plan view bottom doesn't affect this wall.
2. A wall that is sloped, created by face on a mass, does the same thing. Shows all the whole extent below the plan view bottom.
3. Generic face-based windows in the sloped wall are not cut correctly in plan.
4. In-place family (wall category) shows below plan view bottom.

Is there something I can do to correct these problems? Please?!

Try using a Plan Region to control View Range independently around the sloping walls.

Doesn't work! I just tried it and it makes no difference. The bottom and view depth of my plans' view range is set to associated level with 0.0 offset. So I shouldn't see anything below the associated floor, right?
