Coarse Scale Pattern Question

is there a way to get the coarse scale fill pattern to show up on a wall that is less than 6 feet high?

You could try using a Plan Region to control View Range just at the wall, and set the cut plane lower?

Nope. There is a certain limit. 2 meters for metric units, 6 feet for imperial units.
