Does anyone know the best way to tackle the arched grids in the attached image? I've created a lower curtain wall that contains the left and right lower arches, then created another curtain wall above with the top arch so they look like one wall. The problem is the mullion joins where the walls come together don't join. Just wondering if a family or other method would be the best way to go about this.

I learned recently from Steve Stafford, that a curtain panel can be edited in place. http://revitoped.blogspot.com/2011/08/curtain-wall-panel-edit-in-place.html
Using that, there are at least 2 ways to solve this curtain wall.
Option 1) Start with a curtain wall by type, with the required spacing settings, etc, then use Edit Profile, to get the shape, then modify only those 2 panels that have the arc inside the square, modifying the curtain panel by Edit In-Place. With this solution you should be able to schedule mullions and panels properly, if necessary. However, this will not solve all the other problems at the edges, though, when the curves meet the vertical mullions around the perimeter. Those ugly joints will still be there.
Option 2) Do a curtain wall without any grids or mullions. then use Edit Profile to obtain the shape, then apply mullions to the perimeter only, and then, modify the only panel by Edit In-Place to make an extrusion that represents all the interior mullions. This option is the one that makes the most beautiful model, but it won't schedule mullions and panels properly, because there is only one panel.
In summary, it depends what the purpose of the model is. In either case, this feature of editing a panel in place can be very useful to resolve some special designs like this one.
