Is rendering time in 2013 is more than 2012

Hi, my question after we saw black screen until 50% is that true that time render increase more than 2012 ?
I hope someone answer so if that true i may not upgrade for sake of time.
Is autodesk going to fix this black screen in the upcoming service pack ??

any recommendation for display drivers that can solve this problem before buying new laptop !
