Steelhead appliance from Riverbed

Has anybody tried using the Steelhead appliances from Riverbed technologies to use Revit across a WAN?
We're just getting a pair of Steelheads in to use with AC*D, but were wondering how (if) they might work with Revit.

We have a couple of Steelheads coming in soon. We are going to use them between our Mpls and Phx office to increase day to day data transfers. Have you had yours for awhile? How have they been working for you?

Hi Scott.
Come on over to our MNRUGI meeting next Wednesday. I'm hosting it.

We just got our Steelheads in Monday. The internal testing we did (with AutoCAD) was pretty impressive. A drawing that with XRefs totaled about 6.5 Meg across the WAN loaded in 2:25 without Steelhead, 17 seconds with. On the LAN 14 seconds.
