Cloud Rendering: The Image Could Not Be Rendered

I'm getting this error when I try to render a 3D view on the cloud:

So I plodded through the Autodesk Troubleshooting section and found this advice:

How do you remove an IES file?? :banghead:

Open your light fix. family and change the source from IES to one of revits predefined.
