Tool palette blocks to use UNC path to locate blocks

Summary: Tool palettes would be much more transportable across business units within a company by utilizing the UNC path instead of a specific drive letter. I would like this to be an option that could be selected.

Description: Tool palettes using a UNC path could be transferable to other locations in my company. We have users in scattered locations across the US. It would be very useful to be able to utilize a UNC path to locate the necesary drawings/blocks.

UNC path where?
We use UNC paths for specifying where the TP are located, in options -and- in the tools themselves, to point to drawings.
