I Need to copy an existing project file, then rename it, and use it to create a new project.

- I know about detach from central
- I know how to merge up revisions.

Will I have to all 60 sheets and find the revision clouds and delete them?

Thank you,

We just did exactly what you mentioned on a set of 3 buildings. I could find no easier way to do it. In addition we had CA sketches on separate sheets with duplicated views that all needed to be re-integrated into the project for the new version. If anyone else out there has suggestions I would be all ears!

Try selecting a Revision Cloud, right click, select all instances in entire project, delete? ( not sure if it works with rev. clouds?)

also see this: http://wikihelp.autodesk.com/Revit/enu/2012/Help/Revit_User's_Guide/1394-Document1394/1882-Prepare_1882/1954-Revision1954/1974-Issuing_1974

Edit: No luck on select all instances for Rev. Clouds........
