Hello,
I have been working in a central model that is work shared with 4 people. Yesterday my coworker was making a power plan, and the crash warning appeared. he saved the recovery file, and shut revit. after opening the recovery file, all of the linework on the power plan was missing, and the plan had been duplicated. This is the second time that this has happened in a day. Earlier, another person was working on some floor plans, the crash warning appeared, and when he reopened, his plan had no annotations, and the plan had been duplicated. Is this a safety feature? I've never seen plans duplicated after a crash before.

I hope you don't mean that you were in the actual central file while the rest of the team was working on their locals. That is a NO NO. If for some reason you must work on the central file, all users must get out before you open the central. Everyone should save to central, to make sure that all work is safely combined into the central file then everyone exits. Yes, they will be sitting around doing nothing, so you schedule these things early, or late, or on Saturday. Every architect should be familiar with weekend overtime.
