I created generic 12" hip roof, 30" overhang, 4:12 pitch. Picked walls to make footprint.
I want a two cut plumb with fascia depth of 4" but I keep getting an error: "can't make footprint roof".
Why not? It seems to work when the roof is not attached to walls.
