ISO Silhouette RPC Figures

My boss doesn't like the photo realistic RPC people out of the box. Has anybody got silhouette RPCs, or is there good free software that would enable me to make them. thanks

Gather some images or cad blocks, and create new Entourage families that are thin extrusions outlined in elevation views, with simple linework to add desired detail.
