Unable to select the fill region

Please see attached PDF file.

I'm unable to select the fill region. I thought it's the invisible line not checked under VV but it is.

So what's causing the fill region that can be selected and highlighted.

a) check to see if it is in a linked file (site?)
b) check to see if it is in a Design Option (uncheck Exclude Options from your bottom toolbar, and see if you can select it)
c) could it have been created on the sheet, not in the view? (that would be really bad form, but I've seen it happen)

Are you sure that's not your Topo surface in section?

Is the line style for the boundary hidden in that view? Press the lightbulb at the bottom to check...

Dimitri is right. That is indeed the section in the topo surface, NOT the fill region.
