Concrete Haunch

What are some tips to create concrete haunches using Revit Architecture 2013? I would like to add a haunch to my foundation wall to support a wall above. This haunch could also be used to support a pad for HVAC equipment or maybe a front porch pad (residential project). The haunch typically extends out from the foundation wall near the top and turns down and angles back into the foundationwall to make a "gusset" shape to support a pad above.
