Text In Model Groups

Hi All,
I have created a series of model groups representing Apartment types, The thing is I can seem to add annotation text to the groups so it populates all of the same group, Does anyone know why you can use text in a model group and is there a way round this.

That is supposed to be, I CANT ADD ANNOTATION TEXT!

Text and annotation are detail groups.

Yes, I know.
I was looking for a way round it, so I can update 1 group universally to save time.
