Is there any way to lock a 3D view?

I have a 3d view that I've placed on a sheet. I know that I can pin the section box so that no one can change the cut planes, but I'd like lock the view so that no one can get in and spin the view around. Is this possible?

Not before 2012, where it is one of the tools at the lower left of the graphics area.
