Summary: Should be able to apply background mask to Dynamic (single line) text and MText to follow text only (not bounding box)

Description: Please add an option to include background mask to single line (DT) text. Currently we can only add wipeout and this does NOT print properly to pdf (hatches the background making unreadable).
Also, for MText, there should be an option to make the background mask only apply behind the TEXT in the box, not the entire box! There are times when long words cause the box to be larger than the rest of the text (which, unless you change the box to be thin and have 1-2 words per line) cause you to lose chunks of your drawing behind a masking box when you shouldn't have to.

The Halo Mask in ESRI ArcMap puts a thin Mask offsetting around graphics in each charactor instead of a rectangle around the entire text. Easy to read and doesn't hide any more behind it than nessisary. Just pointing out that it's been done elsewhere. So much informatation like contour elevations to display in Civil drawings it would make the drawings more readable.

Actually, I'd like to see both of these alternatives implemented! Halo as a text object property, or a even text style property, and also background masking that actually reflects the actual text strings, rather than just the simplistic bounding-box approach we've got now. Everyone know's it's do-able, and there other examples out there, from halos to drop shadow effects.
