A revolve mass with a divided surface. You won't use a curtain wall but a curtain system with pattern based adaptive curtain panels.

If I were you I would try this in Rhino+Grasshopper and then use one of the tools available out there to link grasshopper point data to place adaptive components in Revit.

*Edit: Just saw Dmitri's reply after posting mine. Revolve could work but it will add seam line whereas proposed bubble has seamless grid for panelization.
