I would like to create a schedule for unit count. I'm using areas and I'm filtering to get just areas containing "Unit". This works great... except for duplexes. I have exactly two duplexes in my condo building, all the rest are flats, so my unit count has 2 too many.
Is there a way to subtract 2 from one row in a schedule? Or is there another way that I can count the area correctly AND get my unit count?

Damon,
No way to subtract from your count but if you create another parameter (or name your areas to include 'duplex' or something else that will make them unique) you can use sorting and grouping to get what you are after. See the attached image. The settings for each schedule are in the dialogue boxes to the right.86909

Thanks, Dimitri. That will help quite a bit. I've been sending our client exports of the Revit schedule in Excel for their use, so I guess I can just edit the count manually. :( Does help to sort it this way, though.
