Hello,
My firm has been upgrading our project template since around 2008, and its time to build a new one from the ground up. We are currently too busy to build a template in house. We are a 12 person office, and cannot sacrifice 150-200 hrs of a person's time to template building. Would anybody be willing to set one up for us? PM me with an cost / time estimate. We will need to tune a lot of the new elements so it may make more sense to get a flat rate for the core template, and then move to hourly for updates etc. We would like our template to look distinctive, and unlike the typical ootb revit template.

I've got my template for sale for $20.00 at the link below!! It is based on the commercial template. I do construction drawings, architectural renderings, and animations in a working architecture firm.

We are looking for a custom one, but I'll trade you templates for a peek at it. I promise not to use it unless we come to an agreement first
