Bar Description Scale

This may be a rookie question...
Where do you preset the scale of the description tags.

Whenever I detail the tags come in as default 1:20.
Then I have to reset them to the required or create a view frame with the required scale to reset everything within the frame.

I wish the description tags were all properly annotative...

In object inspector there's "Positions" tab and by default there's one view called "Main view" and it's scale is 1:20. This is scale that all descriptions etc. will appear. You can create multiple views and each one can have it's own scale or you can just change scale of main view if you plan to use only one scale on your drawing.
