copy title blocks

I am creating a new template for a large project. The client is a government agency that has its own standard title block. It is very similar to our existing title block. I have created a title block family using the Revit titleblock template. I added types for 36x48, 30x42, 11x17 etc. Each type has a simple rectangle of the correct size. I tried loading the existing title into the project and discovered I cannot cut and paste. Then I tried to load a family into the family editor, and that's not allowed either.

How can I get an existing TTL into a new TTL?

Oh...odd.

Ahh, if you have custom lines in your titleblocks it won't copy from one titleblock to another...(I have a Fine Lines style and it wouldn't copy those)

In the project browser, expand annotation category and select your TTLB. Right click and select all instances. Change to the correct one.
