Summary: Stop pointless mouse clinking on drawing when there is some missing point/line for annotation opjects. Include data from "Edit Annotation" dialog box to history tree of drawing. No need for user operation at any point. When all faulty connections has been fixed the data just disappears.
Description: When you lose some geometry witch has some annotation attached there are two ways that happens and both of them are bad.
1. the annotation has just disappared (there's another wish for this faulty operation)
2. annotaion color is changed (that's ok!) and every time you move some object in drawing you get a "Edit Annotion" dialog box, which has to be Cancelled or Accepted - that's real pain.
Instead of accepting the information in annotation box could appair as section of drawing history view until all faulty attachments are fixed (without any mouse clinking on UI).
