Why is the Balcony not created in the stairs (see attachment)?

You will have to place the floor slab infill over there. You can't add a landing at the end of the stair like what you want to do. You can not do this in any of the Revit versions.
So, Just model the floor at this location.

I created the floor ( landing )but another two problems arouse:
1- Although the level of the landing and the beam of the associated floor is the same ,i don`t know why the appear like this ?( see attachment 1 )
2 - The same problem appeared when extending the stairs to the upper floors.( attchement 2)

Please check the level constraints. You have to define two level for the stairs
After that check the riser height. It might causes this.
And for the first image. I have some questions.
Are you using the same material for the landing and the beams? if yes, Then cut the section through the landing and beam and make sure the edge of landing touches the edge of beam.
If your landing and beam materials are completely different then a single line will show up.
