How to Remove BOLD from within Text notes?

Does anyone know any good tricks to remove bold from within a text note. I know the text types have a bold check box as a property, but this doesn't influence bold text that has been applied from within the text editor. My boss asked me to un-bold all text from the project and it is in every text note. Any advice?
