Ribbon turns Black wen using Design Review.

Wen using Design Review the Revit ribbons turns black, I can't turn to normal refreshing the screen, hardware acceleration is off, CTRL+S don't save the work done.
any suggestion thanks.

Well, apparently opening a dwf by double click and email from Desing Review cause the problem. :?
