Curtain Panel Pattern Based

I think this has been mentioned before - But can someone tell me after making an adaptive curtain panel pattern when applied onto mass the panel hangs over border by 50.8mm (2 inches)? Also panels cut perfectly when set to Partial - justify centre, when set to beginning or end most panels cut fine some overhang see attached.

I submitted this issue to Autodesk support and never got an answer. It was logged on the development list.
