Families !! Where can i find good books/Videos ????

Does anybody know what the best Family creation book or videos there is out there to buy ???? I want to get to an advanced level with creating families but I cannot find a good source to learn from.

The best one I have found is "Creating Custom Revit Architecture 2013 Families" by Michael Anonuevo, available as a relatively inexpensive eBook at www.littledetailscount.com. He goes into minute detail about all aspects of family creation.

A good start for me was "Creating Revit Content by Ken Jolly. It's a 120 page soft cover that was a great start. It has been out for awhile, it was very inexpensive but useful.
