View Full Version : Filled Region Hides Symbolic Lines of Family

Hey all,

I have a generic filled region using a solid grey pattern drawn into my project. I have two families placed in which the filled region shares the same space. Both families use symbolic lines to represent the geometry in plan. The first is a foundation vent (shown on right), that appears precisely how I want it, all lines can be seen. The second family (missing from the first image, highlighted in the second) is a brace where the symbolic lines in the family are being hidden by the filled region.

The lines in both families are "drawn in foreground", and the filled region has been "sent to back" as far as it can go, but I can't seem to get the brace lines to show up on top of the filled region.

Any ideas?

Another weird thing about this issue is that when I print, the brace shows up as I would expect it to, even though it is not showing up on the plan view. By all accounts the software "believes" it's on top but nothing I do will make it display that way...
